Tasting notes:

Nose: balanced. Fresh and fruity. Subtle aromas of sultana raisins and dried fruit combined with the freshness of fresh lemons and limes.

Taste: Rich and complex and full of flavour.  Chocolate covered raisins and hazelnuts together with stewed apples and peaches.

Finish: Medium long with dried fruit and honey
