Flying Dutchman Special Batch #1 - PORT 3YO

Flying Dutchman Rum is distilled by Zuidam Distillers, a distillery that is operated and owned by the Zuidam family. The rum is fermented from carefully selected sugar molasses. The fermentation takes at least two weeks before the resulting sugar wine is distilled in authentic copper pot stills. Distillation is done at least twice to obtain a beautiful and elegant distillate. After this, this Flying Dutchman PORT is matured in very special casks where very exclusive Port has matured in the past. These barrels give the rum its intense color and contribute to the rich taste. All our products are of course not cold filtered or colored.
